Our Approach
Our solution-focused approach targets the root causes of your challenges. We help you develop essential skills, understand your brain better, manage your nervous system, and build a sustainable life.
Diagnostic Approach: It's Not Just About Challenges.
We use a comprehensive suite of evidence-based assessments to map exactly how your mind works.
By exploring your core beliefs (schemas), coping patterns, and natural strengths, you will walk away with a profound, accurate understanding of your own brain—both the challenges that need scaffolding and the strengths to celebrate and lean into.
Therapeutic Approach: Education & Support
While we do not replace your dedicated therapist, brief supportive therapy can be incredibly effective when combined with an understanding of the “why” behind your behavior.
During our sessions, we pair in-depth neurobiological education with actionable strategies to help you work through what is holding you back.
By integrating Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), strengths-based mindfulness, and DBT skills, we empower you to build a life worth living and embrace your authentic self.
Integrative Approach: Incorporating the Body
Research shows that neurodivergent bodies often metabolize medications and nutrients differently.
Genetic and nutritional testing removes the guesswork from your wellness journey by revealing exactly what your system needs to function at its best. By identifying underlying nutritional gaps and unique genetic markers, we can create a highly targeted, personalized care plan.
Our goal is to use this science-backed data to support your specific neurobiology, helping you find clarity, balance, and a better quality of life.

FAQs
Why is your practice focused on girls, women, and the historically under diagnosed?
For decades, the medical "gold standard" for ADHD was based on the behavior of young, hyperactive boys. This created a massive diagnostic gap. Girls and women often "mask" their symptoms by over-performing, leading to exhaustion and burnout rather than external disruption. We focus on this group because they have been the most underserved by traditional psychiatry. Our mission is to provide the validation and specialized care that the "standard" model missed.
I’m non-binary/male/a previous client—am I still welcome here?
Absolutely. While our clinical research focuses on the nuances of the female brain and hormonal cycles, our diagnostic process is built for anyone with a complex, high-masking, or "twice-exceptional" (high IQ + ADHD) brain. If you value providers who looks beyond the surface and understands the internal "mental load," you’re in the right place.
What if I’m not sure I have ADHD?
That’s exactly why you’re here! Many of our patients come in "just knowing" something is different but having been told it's just anxiety. You don't need a previous diagnosis to book; you just need a desire for clarity.
